The annual maintenance is composed by Software Maintenance Services and Technical Support Services. The two components cannot be purchased separately.
Software maintenance consist of updates with new software versions that bring functional improvements and legislational updates.
The technical support subscription, depending on the type of purchased subscription, includes a number of support requests, access to documentation and specific information regarding the resolved requests.
